Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive legal advisory and policy management services to the banking group
  • Monitor internal and external audit examinations to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders in Board-level and Management-level Committee Meetings
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance regulations
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills to interpret complex data
  • Able to work effectively within a team environment, fostering strong relationships
Working Relationship:
  • Reports directly to: Head of Legal Department
  • Works closely with: Banking Group and other relevant departments
