MissionProtects and defends the company's interests by ensuring compliance with legal provisions, regulations and internal rules. Main ResponsibilitiesAssist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents under supervision. Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, memos, or reports on various legal issues.

Support senior legal counsel in handling compliance, regulatory, and corporate governance matters. Help manage and maintain the company's legal documentation and contract database. Liaise with internal departments to ensure legal risks are identified and mitigated.

Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and advise internal stakeholders accordingly. Assist in the coordination of external legal advisors when necessary. Provide support in dispute resolution, litigation, and employment law matters as required.
