Legal Advisor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law and experience working on complex legal matters.

About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a talented legal professional to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
  • You will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to senior management, as well as drafting and reviewing legal documents.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management on various matters, including contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
  2. Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and policies.
  3. Conduct research and analysis on complex legal issues, providing recommendations to management.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement business strategies.
Requirements
  • A university degree in Law or equivalent, with a strong academic record.
  • Admission as a lawyer in at least one jurisdiction, with primary admission in a common law jurisdiction.
  • At least 6 years of relevant post-qualification legal experience, preferably in a private sector or international organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated expertise in international law, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region.
