We are currently representing our client, a leading player in the healthcare and wellness industry, in their search for a Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs. This leadership role will serve as the current Officer-in-Charge of the Office of the General Counsel and will oversee the legal compliance and regulatory requirements of the organization, including its subsidiaries and affiliates, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted business operations.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the legal function and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Oversee legal support for commercial and manufacturing operations, business planning, client growth, and market expansion.

Provide strategic legal advice and risk assessments to support business objectives. Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and company policies. Act as the designated Data Privacy Officer and oversee data protection efforts across the organization.Recommend policies and practices to mitigate legal risks and promote ethical standards.

Qualifications:At least 5–8 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate or in-house legal setting. Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role. Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Demonstrated people management and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to navigate complex legal issues within a fast-paced, local business environment.
