Senior Legal Advisor Position

The Senior Legal Advisor plays a pivotal role in supporting the organization's growth and success, providing expert legal guidance to ensure continued prosperity.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising internal stakeholders on various commercial agreements, ensuring seamless operations and strategic partnerships.
  • Negotiating with external counterparts on complex commercial agreements, including third-party, operations, services, and marketing agreements, fostering strong relationships and mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Identifying and consulting on legal risks concerning the development of new products, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and minimizing potential liabilities.
  • Helping to interpret and monitor changes to regulatory guidelines while proactively handling regulatory developments and advising internal stakeholders, maintaining an informed and compliant environment.
  • Liaising with specialist external counsel in relation to new products, expansion into new market verticals, and areas of compliance, privacy, or security, leveraging expertise and resources for optimal results.
  • Developing and implementing processes for efficient and streamlined operations surrounding contract negotiation and management, enhancing productivity and reducing costs.
  • Developing and maintaining form agreements, contract management systems, and other databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Serving as lead counsel on strategic deals, resolving issues that arise in existing commercial relationships, and handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries, protecting the organization's interests and reputation.
  • Driving all ongoing compliance review processes, including necessary filings, policies, and procedures, maintaining a culture of compliance and integrity.
