Job Title: E-commerce Order Manager

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in e-commerce? We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Order Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our e-commerce business through order management, customer service, and supply chain optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring that products are always available for sale
  • Maintain and update product pricing to ensure healthy profit margins
  • Search and list profitable products based on market demand and competitive research
  • Track, update, and organize order records using Excel and internal tools
  • Communicate with suppliers/retailers if any order issues arise
  • Regularly check for price changes, stock updates, and adjust listings accordingly
  • Provide daily or weekly reports regarding orders, profits, inventory, and tasks completed

Requirements:

  • Experience managing e-commerce orders (mandatory)
  • Strong skills in Excel for inventory tracking, profit calculation, and reporting
  • Knowledge of dropshipping operations, especially for the Walmart marketplace
  • Ability to manage profit margins and pricing strategies
  • Strong research skills for finding high-demand, profitable products
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • Must be reliable and able to work EST hours

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Walmart Seller Center and common retail sourcing sites
  • Knowledge of automation tools or programs used for e-commerce order management (a plus, but not required)
