
Digital Ecommerce Strategist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, and driving traffic and conversions to the ecommerce site. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing best practices, and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
- Ecommerce Management: Manage and optimize ecommerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC
- Content Creation: Create compelling and high-quality content for product descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve strategies
- SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and product listings for search engines, manage PPC campaigns, and ensure a strong online presence
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists and targeting specific customer groups to drive engagement and conversions
- Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media metrics
- Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience on ecommerce platforms, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as needed to stay ahead
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Ecommerce Specialist or Digital Marketer is essential. A strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, including Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and digital marketing tools, is required. Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure and optimize performance is necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.
- Proven experience as an Ecommerce Specialist or Digital Marketer
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms including Shopify WooCommerce Magento and digital marketing tools
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure and optimize performance
