
Ecommerce Operations Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Ecommerce Account Officer to join our team. As an Ecommerce Account Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring platform activity, coordinating with the platform Key Account Manager and other support groups, and solving problems on a day-to-day basis.
Key responsibilities include sales and marketing, customer service and management, maintenance and compliance to the platform's service level agreement in order fulfillment and other processes, edit/enter products and other data into Marketplace eCommerce system, develop and implement eCommerce ads within Marketplace, manage day-to-day operations between warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, etc., communicate with internal teams to coordinate inventory level/merchandise planning, new product arrival/promotion, provide regular reporting to Accounting Department and direct reports, and provide regular reporting, insights and recommendations to Brand Director on ad campaigns.
Requirements- Graduate of Marketing or Business Administration or related Business Course
- Minimal but significant experience in E-commerce operation
- Knowledge in Shopify, Magento and other platforms or similar experience a plus
- Microsoft Office proficiency is required
