Job Description

This full-time position will involve a range of administrative and data entry responsibilities to support the efficient operation of our office.

Data Entry Tasks

Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and other clerical duties
  • Assist with office organisation and inventory management
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the office

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in an administrative or data entry role is preferred
