Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective purchasing.

This is a remote position that requires strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with vendors and internal teams. You will work closely with our internal teams to align purchasing decisions with business needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing, procurement, or accounts management, with a strong understanding of financial software, ERP systems, and procurement tools. Prior experience in IT and computer hardware/software procurement is highly preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective purchasing
  • Evaluating suppliers, maintaining strong relationships, and overseeing contract agreements
  • Handling purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries, and managing inventory tracking
  • Assisting with invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation
  • Maintaining accurate records of purchases, contracts, and financial transactions
