Interpretive Communications SpecialistAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced Interpretive Communications Specialist to facilitate effective communication between parties who speak different languages. Your primary role will be to convey messages in the preferred language of the caller and ensure that both parties understand each other.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately and efficiently interpret conversations on various subjects, including but not limited to Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel, Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement, and General Business.
  • Convey messages in the preferred language of the caller with precision and clarity.
  • Maintain effective communication between parties with different languages.
  • Work rotating shifts for 9 hours at any time following the required schedule by our clients within a 24-hour period (Night Shift).
  • Be available to work on public holidays as the operation is 24/7.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English (read, speak, and write).
  • Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese (read, write, and speak).
  • A quiet and secure home workspace.
  • A mobile phone with Android 12 or above or iOS 15 or above.
Training and Support
  • Three weeks of training provided during daytime hours (Monday to Friday) with a training allowance.
