Procurement Specialist Job Description

The Procurement Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the company's procurement needs. This includes reviewing vendor contracts, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring timely renewals or terminations of existing contracts.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, and a proactive attitude. They will be responsible for managing procurement leadership SharePoint Excel files, tracking savings, and facilitating vendor contract execution processes.

Additionally, this role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and knowledge of Coupa procure-to-pay system. The Procurement Specialist will also contribute to internal calendar scheduling management and support the procurement leadership team and suppliers.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting is preferred.
  • Experience in procurement with a focus on indirect spend in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills are necessary for evaluating supplier performance and contract terms to ensure value for money.
