We are seeking a highly skilled Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial washroom projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of quotes using advanced Excel skills within our quote template, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all outputs.
- Collaboration with Account Managers to ensure project specifications are fully met in all estimates.
- Analysis of technical documents to determine material, labour, and time requirements, ensuring comprehensive project scoping.
- Verification that all estimates are aligned with project requirements and proactive identification of any discrepancies or potential issues.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of our estimating processes, tools, and practices, ensuring efficiency and quality in the estimating function.
Key Qualifications- Experience in estimating within the construction industry, particularly in reading and interpreting construction documents.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, particularly with data management and complex calculations, to maximise the functionality of our quote template.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
