Procurement Lead

To effectively oversee the entire procurement process by conducting thorough market research, developing and implementing strategic plans, and preparing, negotiating, and documenting business contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervises a team or manages assigned sub-function, including but not limited to:
    • Strategic Sourcing Manager:
      • Manages the RFx process, including conducting supplier due diligence and facilitating supplier demonstrations.
      • Develops selection strategies based on market knowledge, commodity, and long-term business objectives.
      • Conducts market research to assess options in the market and identify potential suppliers.
      • Reviews supplier proposals for LOB and makes a supplier selection recommendation to the LOB.
      • Collaborates with LOB to develop a list of requirements.
      • Contract Negotiator:
        • Drafts governing agreements (MSA, standalone, T&Cs).
        • Partners with the Third Party Manager and LOB in the development and execution of overall negotiation strategy.
        • Collaborates with the Third Party Manager to socialize risks with the LOB and AE.
        • Routes deals for signature in DocuSign once all due diligence has been completed.
