Job Overview

RTS/ Claims Recovery Lead Role

This position is based in Calamba, Laguna.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the return to shipper process and ensure all returned parcels are dispatched according to standard operating procedures and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the claims team to handle past due items and minimize claims on returns.
  • Work closely with operational teams, including middle mile and fleet management, to ensure timely parcel dispatch.
  • Participate in strategy development and tactical execution for process improvement.
  • Assess manpower needs and support team allocation.
  • Provide guidance to the RTS/Claims team, evaluate their performance, and provide necessary training for growth and development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Management Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least two years of relevant experience in warehousing, e-commerce, logistics, or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail and data management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of return to shipper and claims processes.
  • Familiarity with process improvement tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in Calamba, Laguna.
