The Recovery Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to underwriters, brokers, assureds, and other key stakeholders in all aspects of recovery/subrogation.

Qualifications:

● Graduate of any 4-year course

● At least 1–2 years of experience in insurance claims processing, preferably in motor insurance.

●Background in claims recovery, subrogation, or legal processing is an advantage.

● Solid understanding of motor claims procedures, including accident documentation, liability assessment, and recovery workflows.

● Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in reviewing claims and supporting documents.

● Ability to coordinate with adjusters, legal teams, third-party insurers, and insured clients.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills for negotiation and documentation purposes.

● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
