Job Title: Return to Seller Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Return to Seller (RTS) operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end RTS process, ensuring seamless coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end RTS operations, ensuring efficient handling of returned products from initiation to resolution.
  • Conduct in-depth root cause analyses for returned items to identify systemic issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Utilize data analytics to collect, analyze, and interpret RTS-related data.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance measures in RTS operations to ensure compliance with standards and SOPs.
  • Oversee claims resolution for returned items, managing the process from initiation to final settlement.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements within the RTS process and streamline workflows to minimize processing time.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Management Engineering or related field.
  • 2-8 years of relevant experience in warehousing, e-commerce, logistics, or related fields.
  • Keen attention to detail and data management skills.
  • Knowledgeable in process improvement tools and proficient in MS Office and Google Applications.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
