Claims Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Claims Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Return to Shipper (RTS) and claims process, ensuring that all RTS parcels are dispatched according to established SOPs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process strategies to improve efficiency and minimize claims on RTS
  • Collaborate with the claims team to manage past due items and optimize dispatch of parcels
  • Provide guidance to the RTS/Claims team, evaluate team performance, and provide necessary trainings for continuous growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Management Engineering or a related field
  • At least two years of relevant experience in warehousing, e-commerce, logistics, or related fields
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data management
  • Knowledgeable in using process improvement tools, MS Office, and Google Applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
