Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles who are proficient in accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, Intacct, NetSuite, etc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements, and generating timely and insightful financial reports for management review.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage financial transactions and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  2. Maintain and reconcile bank statements to ensure financial integrity.
  3. Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial initiatives.
  6. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address financial queries and concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
  3. Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, Intacct, NetSuite, etc.
  4. Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  7. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  9. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  10. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
