Job Title: Senior Accounting Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Professional to join our team. This is a full-time employment position that includes government-mandated contributions and benefits.

About the Job:

This role involves working with the Corporate Accounting team to prepare consolidated financial statements and perform month-end functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.

The right candidate will have experience with US GAAP reporting, intercompany eliminations, and ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP. They will also be proficient in Excel and able to analyze large datasets accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements and footnote disclosures in accordance with US GAAP.
  • Maintain various schedules supporting financial statements and disclosures.
  • Prepare reconciliations and journal entries for intercompany activities, including equity method of accounting, fixed assets, leased assets, and POC accounting.
  • Review standalone financial statements of subsidiaries to understand operations and ensure accurate disclosures.
  • Work extensively with ERP systems, building customized reports for data analysis and reconciliations.
  • Suggest and support process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Support the corporate accounting team during month-end close.
  • Assist external auditors by providing necessary documentation and information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA or equivalent international certification is a plus.
  • 6-10 years of progressive accounting and reporting experience, including consolidations and US GAAP reporting.
  • Strong technical accounting expertise, especially in intercompany eliminations.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills to explain complex concepts.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze large datasets accurately.
  • Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and able to work with minimal supervision.
