Job Title: Accounts Officer

This is a hands-on accounts role designed to support daily finance operations while the organization migrates its ERP platform. The role provides essential support to keep invoicing, reconciliations, and payment processes up to date.

The role involves working with various financial systems, including Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central, to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central in an accounts role.
  • Strong understanding of core accounting processes, including invoicing, credit notes, bank reconciliations, and payments.
  • Intermediate accounting knowledge and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in phone-based customer and supplier interactions.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliations.
  • Collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless financial operations.
