
Remote Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage insurance accounts remotely. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Process insurance applications and Acord forms accurately and efficiently.
- Submit quote requests to underwriters via email and track responses promptly.
- Obtain quotes from online insurance portals and prepare comparative proposals for clients.
- Communicate with underwriters and clients to ensure timely processing of applications and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain organized records and documentation of all submissions and quotes.
Key Qualifications
- Experience in insurance, underwriting support, or account management is preferred.
- Proficiency with Acord forms and insurance quoting portals is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Detail-oriented individuals with excellent organizational skills are highly valued.
