Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruiting Coordinator. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding.

About the Role:

  • Schedule candidates for interviews while managing calendars and communicating effectively with hiring managers in a fast-paced environment
  • Track recruiting activities across the firm and provide consistent feedback to candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and the management team
  • Create and maintain a great candidate experience through the interview process
  • Administer recruiting tests and assignments to assess candidates' skills
  • Maintain data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System
  • Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow up, and follow through
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to conduct various types of interviews (online, phone)
  • Strong and stable internet connection to allow for disruption-free video and audio calls
  • Quiet environment with a professional background to facilitate video interviews

  • Strong team working skills
  • Proactive project management skills
  • Experience in recruiting, administering online interviews, and/or human resources
