We are seeking a skilled professional to play a key role in our Human Resources department. As we expand our team, this talented individual will support our recruitment efforts, helping to attract and acquire top talent to contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Support: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to attract quality candidates. Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and help coordinate recruitment plans.
- Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Use various methods to source and attract potential candidates. Participate in initial screenings, interviews, and assessments. Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process from posting job openings to assisting with negotiations. Help maintain relationships with external agencies and platforms. Stay informed about industry trends to support and improve recruitment efforts.
- Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company's reputation as a desirable place to work.
- Data Management: Help maintain accurate records and reports. Use systems to track and manage candidate information.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment/ Talent Acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
