Key Responsibilities:
  • Source nurses for hospitals, clinics and ambulatory care settings by conducting thorough research and outreach efforts.
  • Evaluate candidates based on specialty and client-specific criteria to ensure optimal fit.
  • Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Utilize ATS platforms for Boolean searches, pipeline tracking and engagement to streamline the sourcing process.
  • Submit qualified candidates with complete documentation in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on licensing and credentialing requirements to meet regulatory demands.
  • Adjust sourcing strategies based on market trends and client feedback to maximize results.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sourcing healthcare roles, preferably in travel nursing or acute care.
  • Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and sourcing tools is required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for success.
  • Ability to manage high-volume requisitions and meet deadlines with precision.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
