Leadership Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Manager

A seasoned leader is sought to oversee a group of recruiters and sourcing specialists, providing guidance and support to help them achieve company goals. This role involves developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, managing team attendance, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists, providing direction and support to help them meet company objectives.
  • Develop and implement robust performance management strategies to monitor, evaluate, and improve team member performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine job descriptions, requisition processes, and compensation strategies.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership, with a proven track record of successfully leading a team.
  • Strong understanding of performance management, proficiency with recruitment software, and excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented, detail-focused, and driven to meet and exceed targets.
  • Fluent in English.
