Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

As a recruitment professional, you will oversee various hiring activities within the HR department. Your role involves coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, from job ad preparation and posting to resume screening, initial interviews, scheduling, and maintaining candidate databases.

Responsibilities include:

  • Hiring Coordination: Collaborate with the HR team on all hiring initiatives.
  • Candidate Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to recruitment-related inquiries and emails.
  • Job Posting Management: Prepare and post job ads across multiple online platforms.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume screenings and perform initial interviews.
  • Interview Scheduling: Schedule interviews and manage calendars for hiring teams and candidates.
  • Background Checks: Initiate and process background checks for shortlisted candidates.
  • Database Management: Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Assist with new hire onboarding by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating onboarding tasks.
  • Record Keeping: Handle and organize all recruitment records and paperwork.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience as a recruitment assistant or a related role.
  • Familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processes.
  • Preferably has experience recruiting for a virtual assistant role in the e-commerce industry.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and high demand for recruitment requests.
