The job of Tech Operations Specialist is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and support the growth of our company.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and refining our tech stack. This includes owning admin setup, optimization, and user support across all key platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire workflow by overseeing CRM/ATS setups, integrations with recruiting tools, and collaboration management systems.
  • Develop and optimize workflows, automation rules, and reporting dashboards within the CRM system.
  • Support recruiting efforts by setting up applicant tracking logic and hiring funnel configurations.
  • Use Zapier and native integrations to automate tasks and connect data across platforms.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and execute system updates or configuration changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in Tech Ops, Systems Administration, or CRM/ATS management.
  • Experience working with Go High Level, Monday.com, Gusto, and LastPass.
  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code automation tools like Zapier or Make.com.
  • Excellent documentation and training skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and think critically.
