Staffing Specialist Opportunity

We're seeking a high-performing Staffing Specialist to join our global team. This role is key to hiring exceptional talent to support the growth of our U.S. law firm clients.

To succeed, you'll need to be proactive, organized, and results-driven. Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong track record of delivering quality hires.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the charge in hiring internal staff, including operations managers, client success managers, executive assistants, marketers, HR professionals, and more. They will own end-to-end recruiting, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing.

  • Sourcing and identifying top-tier candidates through various channels.
  • Crafting compelling job ads that attract the best talent.
  • Vetting candidates based on skill, speed, ownership, and judgment.
  • Partnering with department heads to ensure alignment and understanding of 'great' candidates.
  • Building shortlists, conducting first-round interviews, and driving the hiring process forward efficiently.
  • Improving our recruiting playbook by streamlining tools, systems, and communication.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (internal hiring or agency).
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience recruiting for fast-paced startups or global teams is a plus.
  • Excellent judgment, organization, and follow-through.
  • Tech-savviness with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Airtable, ATS platforms, etc.
