MES Customer Support Engineer Role

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled MES Customer Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective solutions to customers through various systems. You will also work closely with other teams to resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of the support team to resolve tickets and log entries in different systems
  • Review incidents, problems, and change requests on the Support Portal to identify areas for improvement
  • Diagnose and address operational data issues using SQL databases and Microsoft SQL Management tools
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of SQL databases, including data modeling, querying, and optimization
  • Excellent proficiency in T-SQL codes, Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, and Triggers
  • Superb communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Power Point, to create and edit documents and presentations
