Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering technical assistance to customers, analyzing trends and ensuring the DevRev bot is properly configured.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage bugs and feature requests with the respective team while maintaining constant communication with customers.
  • Work in morning and afternoon shifts.
  • Analyze trends, test, and train the DevRev bot regularly.
  • Educate and empower DevRev users on product features and functionalities.
  • Be the technical expert and answer product questions to help customers maximize their usage of the product.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, customer success, product, engineering, and bots engineering.
Requirements:
  • BE/ B Tech or equivalent educational or professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as ReactJS (MERN), HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, SQL, and Golang.
  • Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Ability to think outside the box and build quicker solutions.
