Customer Technical Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering technical assistance to customers, analyzing trends and ensuring the DevRev bot is properly configured.
Key Responsibilities:- Triage bugs and feature requests with the respective team while maintaining constant communication with customers.
- Work in morning and afternoon shifts.
- Analyze trends, test, and train the DevRev bot regularly.
- Educate and empower DevRev users on product features and functionalities.
- Be the technical expert and answer product questions to help customers maximize their usage of the product.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, customer success, product, engineering, and bots engineering.
- BE/ B Tech or equivalent educational or professional experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical support.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as ReactJS (MERN), HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, SQL, and Golang.
- Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Ability to think outside the box and build quicker solutions.
