We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled technical professional to play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and develop effective solutions that meet their needs.
  • Design and present innovative solutions that showcase the product's value and address customer pain points.
  • Conduct needs assessments and solution-finding sessions, including technical questionnaires, for customers with varying levels of complexity.

Supporting Sales and Customer Success Teams:

  • Provide technical expertise to support sales teams in achieving revenue goals.
  • Develop and deliver impactful product demonstrations tailored to specific audiences and customer needs.
  • Contribute to proposal responses addressing functional and technical requirements.

Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration:

  • Stay up-to-date on best practices and product knowledge, sharing insights with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on technical solutions and problem-solving strategies.

Representing the Company:

  • Represent the company as a product expert at conferences, demonstrations, and customer visits.
  • Address technical questions and follow up on pending issues.
  • Invest in personal and professional growth, expanding technical skills and product knowledge.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar technical customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of product suite, including front-end and back-end functionality.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical product functional issues, sales processes, and propose solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, explaining technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Team-oriented mindset, working effectively with Sales, Customer Success, and other internal stakeholders.
