Network and Security Solution Specialist

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Network and Security Solution Specialist. We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to provide technical support to our sales teams and customers.

Job Description
  • Provide technical expertise and support to sales teams and customers, collaborating with them to understand their technical requirements and design network and security-based solutions that meet their needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide the best possible solutions to our customers.
  • Design scalable and efficient architectures that meet customer needs, assist in the development of bills of materials, and validate Palo Alto network configurations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, with at least 1 year of experience in a similar environment.
  • Strong English communication (oral and written) and presentation skills, with good listening and comprehension skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of Splunk products (Splunk Enterprise, Splunk Cloud, Splunk ITSI, Splunk Phantom) and associated technologies, strong understanding of network security principles, threat landscape, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Network or security certifications are a plus (not required).
