Job Opportunity: Technical Support Expert
We're looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Technical Support Expert. This position will involve providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support to clients via various communication channels
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate bugs, recommend solutions, and contribute to fixes
- Test and verify updates before release, proposing improvements and enhancements
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a knowledge base for recurring issues and solutions
- Suggest platform performance and user experience improvements based on real-world insights
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in Go High Level (GHL) with a strong developer's mindset
- Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python, or API usage
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support/helpdesk roles, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or automation-heavy environments
- Comfortable working with APIs, JSON payloads, and integrations, with experience in Zapier/Make a plus
- Exceptional written communication skills for clear, text-based client communication
- Self-starter who excels in independent problem-solving without requiring step-by-step instructions
- Familiarity with Twilio, Google Workspace, and Slack
Work Arrangement & Expectations:
- Remote work arrangement with core Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) business hours availability
- Regular participation in daily stand-up meetings with the team
- Transparency in disclosing existing ongoing roles or client work
- Accurate representation of this engagement on LinkedIn profiles
