Key Responsibilities

This role will involve delivering high-level support to clients, providing solutions to their complex needs and ensuring seamless integration of our products. Key responsibilities will include developing strong client relationships, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance client satisfaction.

You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide strategic and tactical services and present large group meetings to showcase our product suite.

  • Provide expert client services to clients with complex needs
  • Develop strategic solutions and recommendations based on client needs
  • Presentation and facilitation skills to lead large group meetings
  • Technical assistance and troubleshooting during implementation and deployment of our products
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to scope, prioritize and manage customer requests
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in software technical support, account management or a technical customer-facing role
  • Strong understanding of technological platforms and web infrastructure
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and debuggers
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to assess client needs
  • Able to work effectively cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Sales teams
