Job Summary

This role requires an organized and detail-oriented HR professional to support the US-based company's administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in HRIS platforms, and experience with FMLA, ADA, and other related processes.

The selected individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing documentation, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding procedures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this position, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee data
  • Process and track documentation related to FMLA, ADA accommodations, Workers' Compensation, Leave Administration, and Unemployment Claims
  • Assist with coordinating onboarding and offboarding, including orientation, background checks, I-9 compliance, and exit interviews
  • Monitor the HR inbox and respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Track training, performance evaluations, and employee documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Support payroll processing in coordination with the Finance department
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a US-based company
  • Hands-on experience with FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, leave administration, and unemployment-related processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, BambooHR, and ATS/HRIS platforms
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail when handling confidential information
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Work Arrangement

This is a performance-based role that offers flexibility to work from home with high-speed internet and a quiet dedicated workspace. However, the company reserves the right to require employees to report onsite based on business needs and performance evaluations.

Please note that we prioritize candidates who are amenable to working graveyard hours/night shift and reside within the NCR or neighboring region for contingency purposes.
