Customer Support Representative Job Description

The role of a Customer Support Representative is multifaceted and demanding. This position requires an individual to possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented candidate who can effectively manage customer interactions via various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Ticket Management: Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to efficiently manage tickets, provide accurate support, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong written and spoken English communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate at least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
  • Independent Work Style: Be comfortable working independently while handling multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Empathy and Reliability: Show empathy when addressing customer concerns and maintain reliability throughout the support process.
  • Teamwork and Attention to Detail: Exhibit a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented approach.
Remote Work Requirements:
  • Equipment: Own a computer or laptop with a preferred i5 processor or equivalent.
  • Internet Connection: Maintain a stable internet connection with upload/download speeds of at least 15 Mbps.
