Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or sales environment.

  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and other tools used to manage customer interactions.
  7. Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect.
