Job Description:

As a Channel Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement channel plans that align with the company's brand strategies.

You will work closely with various business units to create promotional plans that support sales target achievement. This involves coordinating with field sales teams to ensure effective implementation and execution of trade programs.

Your focus will be on monitoring key sales drivers such as promotions, allocations, and forecasting. You will also ensure that communication plans are translated into sales-friendly formats, especially for new products.

In addition, you will analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions. Your strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets will be valuable assets to the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in trade marketing, sales coordination, or channel support.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations and trade execution processes.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Proficient in reporting and analysis for trade activities and performance monitoring.
