Job Description:

A Business Growth Strategist is responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining business relationships with existing and new clients to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include researching new business opportunities, establishing rapport with potential clients, planning and overseeing marketing initiatives, and increasing the value of current customers.

This role requires a highly personable and sales-driven individual who possesses exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM software, a strong understanding of business development principles, and a proven track record of driving business growth.

The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain accurate records. They will also be able to travel as needed and participate in industry events to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices.

As a Business Growth Strategist, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success by driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with existing and new clients
  • Plan and oversee marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase the value of current customers
  • Travel as needed to attend industry events and meet with clients

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

• 3+ years of experience in business development or sales

• Strong understanding of business development principles and practices

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• Experience with CRM software

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
