Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits professional to join our team. As a key member of the Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's compensation and benefits strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in compensation and/or benefits. They will be able to analyze complex data, develop creative solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain accurate and up-to-date compensation structures and salary bands.
  • Administer statutory and non-statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HMO, leave entitlements, etc.) accurately and on time.
  • Support annual salary review and bonus processes.
  • Develop and implement employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, life insurance, retirement, leaves).
  • Coordinate with external providers to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Respond to employee queries related to pay, benefits, and leave policies.
  • Maintain accurate data in HRIS and generate reports as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in compensation and/or benefits.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with HRIS platforms is a plus.
  • Good understanding of local labor laws and compensation practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and on-site.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in the banking or finance industry is a plus.
