
Administrative Support Specialist

This role involves providing administrative support to leadership teams, including performing tasks to optimize productivity and advance within the organization.
- Administrative duties include email management, phone calls, scheduling appointments, creating content for social media channels, preparing presentations, making travel arrangements, and maintaining professional communication.
- Confidentially handle sensitive information and anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless experience.
Candidate Requirements:
- One year of experience is preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Exceptional time management skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute) are necessary.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational, and planning skills are essential.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required.
- A wired, high-speed internet connection with a download speed of 20Mbps+ is necessary.
