
Virtual Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a Virtual Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative and support services for Ey member firms, delivering remote support to senior executives in Australia and New Zealand.
You will work closely with our dynamic virtual and local executive assistant team, supporting offshore executives in calendar and meeting management; email management; travel logistics; event management; expense reimbursements; client relationship management; documentation preparation and other administrative tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and time management skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

As a Virtual Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
