International Support Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional International Support Officer to join our team. As an International Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our overseas business meetings.

  1. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our teams abroad, including preparing travel documents, arranging accommodations, and coordinating logistics.
  2. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with our teams and clients.
  3. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all necessary information is up-to-date and readily available.
  4. In addition, you will need to possess strong problem-solving skills to handle any unexpected issues that may arise during your travels.
  5. You must have a valid passport and be willing to travel frequently.
  6. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including paid travel days, round-trip flight tickets, hotel accommodations, and one day off for exploration.
