Central Business Preservation Specialist

The CBPU Specialist is in charge of providing prompt end-to-end renewal support to distribution channels with the goal of promoting a customer-centric experience, thereby contributing to increased customer retention.

Responsibilities
  1. Frontend engagement with Distributors (and clients in case of direct accounts). This includes call outs, meetings (virtual or in-person), complaint resolution, closure of AXA Angel cases, and other renewal management tasks throughout the renewal process.
  2. Release of renewals, including renewal audits and salvage of expired policies.
  3. Processing renewal confirmations:
  • Pipelining to book renewals, ensuring requests are processed within the specified TAT.
  • Securing and facilitating approvals from internal stakeholders, such as but not limited to:
    • Transfer of Business
    • Underwriting Negotiation for changes in coverage
    • Creation of Renewal Quotes
  • Monitoring and reporting of renewal activities.
  • Acting as a conduit between distributors and internal stakeholders. The CBPU officer liaises distributor requirements to IT, Underwriting, Policy Services, Payments, Compensation, and other relevant units, except when cases are part of the AXA Angel Matrix, where concerns are addressed by the respective Business Units.
  • Performing any other delegated tasks as required.Minimum Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or insurance preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
    • Creatively-minded with the ability to think outside the box.
    • Ability to analyze business and financial data.
    • Proven resource planning and management skills.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and stakeholders.
    • Background in product management, marketing, customer understanding, requirements analysis, and competitive analysis.
