Job Title: Consumer Quality Support Specialist

Consumer Quality Support Specialist

As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality analysis on member enquiries and contributions.
  • Coordinate with members to resolve issues and encourage data correction.
  • Assist in dispute resolution and manage member issues.
  • Support the achievement of annual revenue targets.
  • Resolve escalated issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a financial or IT-related field.
  • Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and nested formulas.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and automation/database tools.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in technical support, investigation, root cause analysis, and report generation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a background in technical communications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical environments.
  • Ability to build professional relationships and meet critical deadlines.
