Foreign Exchange Specialist

A dynamic Foreign Exchange Risk & Treasury Analyst is needed to monitor and manage currency exposure, develop hedging strategies, and ensure cost-effective and compliant currency operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor foreign currency exposure across all markets and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate forecasts of incoming and outgoing foreign currency flows.
- Develop forward contracts, natural hedging, or other hedging strategies to minimize FX risk.
- Reconcile FX transactions and provide regular reporting on FX exposures, gains/losses, and hedging performance.
- Maintain relationships with financial institutions for competitive rates and service levels.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of foreign exchange markets, financial instruments, and hedging techniques.
- At least 3 years of experience working with multi-currency environments.
- Proficient in Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach.
