About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated EDI Analyst to provide top-notch production support and coordinate new EDI implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Exchange Coordination: Monitor EDI communications to ensure seamless data exchange with partners, utilizing the EDI application dashboard and reports to assess overall system health. Process and track all inbound and outbound EDI transactions daily.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and track EDI-related issues, collaborating with internal and external partners to achieve timely resolution. Manage daily EDI production support alongside Trading Partners, the Order Management Team, and Warehouses.
  • New Partner Setup: Coordinate the setup of new EDI trading partners and document implementations. Assist with EDI testing, including data setup and document testing with trading partners.
  • Process Optimization: Recommend enhancements to systems and business processes to optimize EDI efficiency. Maintain comprehensive documentation and process flowcharts for all EDI operations. Assist in the design and upkeep of Vantage Point Application triggers using SQL queries.
  • Account Management: Manage aspects of account setup, including generating web users and EDI, BOL, and carrier account numbers. Communicate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to manage and resolve billing and rate discrepancies.
  • Logistics Operations: Execute daily transportation requirements, including tracking and scheduling shipments and providing status updates to internal teams and clients. Identify opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance cost efficiency by analyzing client shipment data.
