Treasury Role

This is a crucial opportunity for an analytical professional to join a forward-thinking team. The successful candidate will support the senior analyst in managing treasury operations, providing high-quality services and ensuring seamless transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily cash positions, identify discrepancies, and reconcile daily variances between treasury transactions and statements.
  • Manage exceptions in the Treasury Management System, escalating issues with banks and vendors as required.
  • Ensure data integrity in the system and provide guidance on payment troubleshooting.
  • Support bank account maintenance, user setup, and new account onboarding across multiple platforms.
  • Assist in global cash position reporting and analysis.
  • Process treasury payments efficiently and accurately, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
  • Confirm foreign exchange trades and maintain credit card programs.
  • Resolve treasury requests and queries through internal systems.
  • Cover essential treasury matters during non-business hours in key markets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial information and support.
  • Adhere to internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Fluent English (C1) and additional languages an asset.
  • Recognized degree, preferably in finance or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in treasury or finance, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • Experience with multicurrency accounts, FIS – Integrity, and banking platforms Citibank and/or HSBC.
  • Strong IT and Excel skills, proficiency in NetSuite advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in fast-paced teams.
