- Manage claims processes, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of claims-related functions.
- Represent the company on escalated claim cases, VOC related claims, and other communication requirements.
- Coordinate VIP claims, ensuring completion of claim requirements, status updates, and final decision communication.
Customer Service:
- Resolve customer service issues within target timeframes from all claims-related feedback/complaints received.
- Escalate potential claims complaints to the UW/Claims committee as needed.
Job Requirements:
- A college degree; business-related or pre-med course preferred.
- Experience working in an insurance back-office claims operation is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
